TESTIMONIALS

We had a wonderful time on The Pride Of Sefton on Saturday 6th October on the occasion of my 70th birthday. The whole experience was enjoyed by myself and my family. From start to finish the barge, the crew and the whole day was memorable. I would recommend the Pride of Sefton to anybody looking for something special at a reasonable cost.

This was a surprise retirement party and honestly I can say it was the perfect day. My mum and all her friends loved the trip which started at Collingwood Dock, through Mann Island, the Albert Dock up to Brunswick and back. The weather, the service from the volunteers and the landmarks where an absolute joy! I cannot thank the team enough for making My Mum’s day extra special!

As NAAFI breaks go, this was a classic. First of all, on behalf of all who attended, we would like to thank the crew - Roland, Alan and John - for their professionalism, which put us all at ease and allowed us to relax and fully enjoy the experience of the trip. We would also like to extend our gratitude to all involved in the organisation. The Pride is a lovely boat with great amenities and would not hesitate to recommend a trip along this stretch of waterway into Liverpool. We are looking forward to the next trip!!

Veterans In Sefton

10 of us had a great 3 hour boat trip on the canal through the waterfront of Liverpool last week. The crew, Michael and Gordon really know their stuff and kept us informed of interesting facts of the locations and views. We took our own drinks and nibbles but glasses and cutlery are provided together with tea/coffee making facilities. There is no better way to view the marvellous landmarks of the famous Liverpool waterfront. The manoeuvring of the various locks is also a great experience. What a way to spend a peaceful, leisurely time with friends.
